Lincoln Mark VIII Turn Off Suspension Switch Before Jacking/Lifting Vehicle With Air Suspension
Lincoln Mark VIII Problem
Visitor, 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII
The automatic suspension failed several times until one time while driving the freeway, the suspension failed completely and I was forced to pull the car off the freeway and call a tow truck. My mechanic advised that I install regular shocks on the vehicle in order to circumvent any repetition of the initial problem. It cost me $400 to have this service performed and, to date, I never received a recall, or notification of the problem from Ford.
