Turn but wont start on 1996 Jeep Cherokee

there is no B+ in one of the two wires that plugs in to the coil i check all fuses they are ok can you give me an ider what coud be. my email: bayoyaracing73@yahoo.com

Your Ignition coil only has on B+ connection . The (-) side goes to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) which in turn is controlled by the distributor pickup plate.

OK that i know what i mean is that there is no volt going thru the wire when i turn the ignition switch to on. I want to know why, All the fueses are ok. THANKS
