the cars is throwing smoke thru the exousht and every time i accelerate those this wisiling sound from the engine, if sombady has a clue and or give an idea what coud be

  Double check the oil level, if it's too high you'll have this problem. If the noise is coming from the turbo then you may have a failing turbocharger.
