It's a common occurrence with all vehicles, and even more so on turbocharged cars. Removing broken bolts is not something you want to deal with. If you do this, spray all the exhaust bolts with WD-40 an hour or two before removing the bolts. Remove the bolts very slowly and stop if they don't break free.
