89 Mercury Cougar, 3.8 V6 (2000,000 miles)needs tune-up(rotor) and replace water pump.

MasterYou can get both of those estimates here www.repairpal.com/estimator the 1990 should be the same as the 1989 and chose cap and rotor replace and water pump
