Tune ups on 2003 Volkswagen Jetta

When exactly is the standard tune up for this car? i have gotten many different answers from different people

Every 30,000 Miles is when Volkswagen recommends replacing the fluids, filters and spark plugs. This is the major service, and what used to be referred to as a "Tune Up".
