2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor Question: tune up

I had a tune up and had the spark plugs changed. I was assuming that a tune up meant that the engine would be tuned back to where it was when new, some adjustments. What else should be done besides just changing the spark plugs? I think the ungine is jumpy and some belts need to be adjusted.

    Change the engine oil and filter and also change the air filter, I don't see anything else thats replaceable besides the plugs also the belt can only be replaced not adjusted But you can view the scheduled maintenance prices here http://repairpal.com/estimator?car_type_id=5688

    you might notice a big change by also cleaning fuel injectors and fuel filter. P.S. it does hurt to clean your mass air meter to, these things can greatly help the cars computer to work like it nows how to
