Tundra throttle problem on 2000 Toyota Tundra

Have had a very intermittent problem where I loose power completely; check engine light comes on.Turn off engine remove key turn on all OK. Computer read problem with trottle control (electronic). Never fixed. Now runs very rough; bucking and hesitaiting. Engine light on. Sound like same thing? How much estimate?

About $1,300 +labor for a new electonic throttle control. I am having mine fixed now. 2000 Tundra with 165,000 miles.

The Toyota local dealer (44663) has no clue what is wrong. They replaced the air pump and it still codes a 171p on the first warm-up (5 miles) and p171 and 174p the next warm-up cycle (from cold)....
