I only trust Tuffy Tire with my vehicle. The owner is great and his team is as well.
My most recent experience with Tuffy was horrible. They've claimed to 'fix' the same part three times. Just took my car to my dealership and they're saying the part needs to be replaced. How does a week old part (if they even put a new part in) need to be replaced for the fourth time? They also told me they cleaned the corrosion off my battery, which was a lie. I've always been Tuffy loyal, but I will never use this shop again except to speak to the store owner on Monday. This service is completely unacceptable and has ruined my relationship with Tuffy.
Chris worked on my car and has always been very nice explaining everything to me. I have never gone to any other place to have my car fixed. Brian is also very reasonable and never pressure you in fixing things that really don't need fixing like other placed do. I will never go to any other place for repairs.

My last experience was great. A service man named Chris fixed my car and managed to find parts at a not so painful price. The car was fixed within the time frame, however now my radio wont turn on and automatic feature on my window is not working. So I need to call and get that checked but I think that's due to the battery having to be taken out. They do great work here!

I have been going to this location for years. Always a fair price, and rarely experienced any issues following a repair.
I did not have the service due to the extremely high quote. After leaving I noticed grease on the fabric on my seats and all over the door panels. I called and they advised to use Windex but that did not work on the fabric. I called again and they said to bring it in. I would not go back because I did not feel comfortable in dealing with them or waiting another two hours.
Brian is trustworthy and reliable. He is honest with his customers on importance of repairs and pricing. There are no surprises with him. As a female I have often been taken advantage of at repair shops but with Brian, he has never tried to sell me unneeded parts or services and is patient with explaining his work.

This was a warranty issue on a transmission. It took almost a month to resolve this issue. The Nissan dealer who sold the bad transmission to Tuffy was mainly at fault. However I felt Tuffy should have done more to expedite the entire process. It cost me over $400.00 in car rental while Tuffy and the Dealer resolved the issue of installing another new transmission. First it sat at the dealer several days. Then the Dealer and Tuffy were arguing over Tuffy paying for it to be diagnosed, which was ridiculous. All you had to do was drive it and know the transmission was bad. Keep in mind the 1st new transmission cost over $2300.00 plus install and failed at approximately 1000 miles. As stated, I believe the Dealer was uncooperative, but Tuffy should have done more. I have all my cars serviced/repaired at this Tuffy. I expected more on my behalf.
