This was a warranty issue on a transmission. It took almost a month to resolve this issue. The Nissan dealer who sold the bad transmission to Tuffy was mainly at fault. However I felt Tuffy should have done more to expedite the entire process. It cost me over $400.00 in car rental while Tuffy and the Dealer resolved the issue of installing another new transmission. First it sat at the dealer several days. Then the Dealer and Tuffy were arguing over Tuffy paying for it to be diagnosed, which was ridiculous. All you had to do was drive it and know the transmission was bad. Keep in mind the 1st new transmission cost over $2300.00 plus install and failed at approximately 1000 miles. As stated, I believe the Dealer was uncooperative, but Tuffy should have done more. I have all my cars serviced/repaired at this Tuffy. I expected more on my behalf.
