Excellent customer service provided in a timely manner.
I had an oil change and tire rotation. The next day my brakes were grinding so hard that I had to replace them that same day. If something was wrong with my brakes, based on the tire rotation, they should have let me know.
Prompt service. Great price.
I went there for an oil change. They changed my oil. I thought it was a little expensive. The waiting area was clean.
The service was fast & friendly.
The manager of the store truly puts the needs of his customers first. He is friendly, attentive and honest. I have recommended this shop to friends already.
I went in for a front end alignment. I had to wait but I dropped in so I wasn't too surprised. They did a good job.
Friendly & trusting.
I was told, when I went in for an oil change and inspection a few weeks earlier, that I needed a lower ball joint repair on my passenger side front area. After the technician inspected it, when I brought it in for the repair, he returned and told me that both needed to be repaired. My vehicle was making a high pitched sound from the front and a grinding from the back. I agreed to have the ball joints repaired after being told that it would get rid of the noise. After waiting two hours for the repaired ball joints, the tech, handed me my keys and said there is still a grinding in the back, probably a wheel bearing out of place, have a nice day. The car continued to have the high pitched noise from the front wheels. Needless to say, I took it elsewhere and was told that I needed new front brakes and had the wheel bearing hub repaired. I felt like I was taken for a ride with the lower ball joint.
It worked out great. No surprises. They did what they said. They seem to be fairly priced.
Friendly reception. Work completed on time. Fair price.
My check engine light was on and it took 3 trips to the shop for them to be able to properly fix the problem. The initial fix cost a few hundred dollars, and I'm not convinced that it was even needed since I had to return twice for the problem to be finally repaired.
So far so good.
They provide good service. I don't have any problems.
It took me 2 hours extra to have them change transmission oil. It was too long waiting.
It was good. The entire service from the reception until I paid.
Excellent. They accommodated me on a rush tire change.
They were fair, concise with what had to be done and performed the work satisfactory so it was satisfying. I'm happy and I'm going back to them.
Very friendly and quick service. Did not try to sell me things I didn't need.
Very good service.
It was fast and waiting room had enough things to occupy the kids.
Excellent - fast and efficient while reasonably priced.
It was a good experience.
I went in to get the lower ball joint replaced. The guy who is usually at the front desk wasn't there this time. There was a guy named Jeremy there. After my car was done, the guy didn't really say how the service went or if my car needed anything else. A few days later of driving my car, it started making a noise that it never did before. And sounded like it was coming from the side where the ball joint was replaced. I've taken my car here before and never had issues after it being serviced until this time. So I don't know if it wasn't inspected well afterward, or at least if there was something else that was needed to be done I would have appreciated Jeremy going over it with me.
I found the manager is extremely helpful. He did everything he could to make my experience quick and to get me out of there. he sometimes fixes really small things free of charge as for a customer service things. It's for those small things I keep coming back. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust.
They did a great job. They put the thermostat in, the pump and the radiator.
