My trunk and fuel door will not open by the key button or inside buttons. What can I do? Debora

    Use you key to open the trunk (old fashioned I know, but effective) once you open the trunk there is a fuel door release on the left side of the trunk.

    In your glove box, there is a valet button. It needs pushed to off.
