 Rookie

When I open the trunk and lift it up it won't stay elevated. Instead it drops all the way down, often closing.

   Master

  There are some trunk shock absorbers that need replacing. The dealer ones work the best, but you may be able to find some at a good independent parts store, like Napa, that will be cheaper.
