    Made an appointment for 8:00am didn't actually start till 11:00 knowing I was waiting, then decided not to do the repair. Before all this went down I asked Dave to work up some estimates for some other work that needs to be done. I guess I will be taking my car somewhere else? I have a 2002 Explorer!!!... anyone? ...anyone?
