I have same problem. I checked the fuel pump relay is in the glove box behind a panel. It heats up and shuts the engine down. Now i need to find out why the relay heats up.maybe the fuel pump is working to hard. I replaced the fuel pump five years ago because of engine dieing.??????

I replace my fuel pump about every 16 to 18 months also fuel filter I think it must be something wrong with electrical in truck but replaced fuel filter when problem first started and truck ran great for about 3 weeks

Sounds like mine also. I just replaced the fuel pump and it seems to be running ok. but i still have an engine skip ever now and then.
