inspect the fuel filter for restriction. also excessive injector return flow will cause a no start condition. if you use starter fluid and the vehicle starts and runs it is most likely and issue in the high pressure fuel system side. if this is the case injectors and injector connector tubes will need to be tested and faulty components replaced.
