Trouble with car starting on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country

My car will not crank the batteryis new. The alternator and starter has been checked. They were deemed ok. It will not turn over at all but the lights, radio and horn works fine. The rear power windows work but the front power windows have stopped. Sometimes it won't do anything until I open and close the back windows.

I don't know what about your window problems. I think that's separate from the starting problem. You need to check that there's power at the starter cable and there's power at the starter solenoid wire on the starter when you turn the key to "start." If there is power to the starter and you have voltage on the wire to the solenoid when you turn the key, the starter may be faulty. if there's no power to the solenoid when you hit 'start,' check the starter relay which is found in the Integrated Power Center under the hood. The starter relay is the same as some of the others so you could try swapping relays around to check.. beyond that, you may have a faulty window switch but that's no use if you can't start the car.
