On the car says 65,700 but the DMV says it's not the actual mileage so I really do not know, and yes when it's cold it starts perfectly but yesterday I waited for more than 2 hours and have to open up the hood for the car to start, I'm really wondering with is the situation and if so maybe you give me a estimate of how much I'm going to be looking at to pay and it is worth paying to fix the car, thank you so much i really appreciate your responding!

I can only give you an estimate to run a complete diagnostic test. $125 A 2005 Solara should be worth the repairs, but perhaps not if it is a salvaged vehicle. It kind of depends on what the repair is going to be based on the testing and inspection results and the overall general condition of the vehicle. You will have to make that judgement.
