P0430 is a when the CAT efficiency threshold is to low for the bank 2 CAT. How many miles are on your car. Since it was an ex-police car, I am sure that it has been 'ridden hard and put away wet' many a time, which would wear out the CATs. A leaking injector would generally trigger a fuel trim code for the system being to rich. ( P0172 etc ) Be sure you do not have any misfire counts or these can trigger CAT codes on a Ford, usually from the Coils misfiring so be sure to check each cylinder for its misfire count numbers. If they are near zero, it is typically the CAT.

Your Air Bag Light is transmitting a trouble code. Does your horn work properly and does your cruise control work? If not, it is usually a problem in the steering wheel/air bag module. Code 32 or B1932 means that the system has lost its ground. ( often a clock spring in the steering wheel that connects the Air Bag to the system as well as the Horn.
