Question: Tries to start but wont turn over.

 Rookie

I replaced some dashboard lights and rear brakes and now the car wont start.
The starter turns but the engine wont turn over.

    Try jump starting the battery, maybe the key was left on while making the repairs and it is too weak to start the engine?
