Tri-City rebuilt the transmission on my 2000 Durango and I thought they did a good job. So the next time I needed some work done on the Durango I took it to them. They called me back two days after I had dropped it off and told me it had a coolant leak and they would need to replace the water pump at a cost of $900+ before they could run the vehicle for a diagnosis. I immediately told them I would come down to get my vehicle - because the cooling system, including the water pump had been repaired/replaced within the past year. I picked it up and drove straight to the Dodge dealer on McDowell, they checked out the cooling system and found one of the hose clamps leaking. The trust I once had in them is gone.

Tri-City Transmission rebuilt the transmission on our 2000 Durango, they did a good job and we were pleased. So, when we had another mechanical issue with the Durango we decided to take it to Tri-City Transmission. The experience was not so good this time and we had our vehicle towed to another shop to be repaired. When Dave Riccio read my review from your survey he contacted me and "Made It Right". We would not hesitate to take any of our vehicles to Tri-City Transmission. In fact, we have referred our friends who were transmission problems to Tri-City Transmission.
Our opinion is Dave Riccio is an honest guy.
