Courtesy. Efficiency. Trust in workmanship. Professionalism.
I felt like they cared and were up front.
They did a fantastic job explaining the problem and were honest with costs and saved me from unnecessarily having my transmission replaced.
I have been going to Tri City Tansmission for over 35 yrs and they have done an outstanding job servicing my vehicles. They are honest and the workmanship is terrific.
They had great communication, service and did a wonderful job.
Customer service and support was always a priority for them, and we were always informed of what was being done during the repair process.
Very pleased with services. Each time something new was found during repairs, they communicated with me for approval. They went out of their way to locate specific parts I wanted, beyond standard. All work was very well done, and checked. There was no rushed work, or pushed employees, they took the needed time to insure my pickup would be ready to reliably do the work I needed it to do. All parts used were high quality, and their pricing was reasonable for the value I received. They are not a discount shop, nor are they cheap, but they give you all that you pay for.
Great Service, Convenient and Friendly.
They do great work.
Up to this point everything has gone superbly.
They have the highest integrity and best customer service I've encountered in an automotive service facility.
The tech did a thorough job and didn't try to sell us anything we did not need.
I've always been delighted with the service and attention to detail that TCT has show me. They are at the top on my recomended businesses.
Repair was done right at a reasonable cost.
Tri-City rebuilt the transmission on my 2000 Durango and I thought they did a good job. So the next time I needed some work done on the Durango I took it to them. They called me back two days after I had dropped it off and told me it had a coolant leak and they would need to replace the water pump at a cost of $900+ before they could run the vehicle for a diagnosis. I immediately told them I would come down to get my vehicle - because the cooling system, including the water pump had been repaired/replaced within the past year. I picked it up and drove straight to the Dodge dealer on McDowell, they checked out the cooling system and found one of the hose clamps leaking. The trust I once had in them is gone.

Tri-City Transmission rebuilt the transmission on our 2000 Durango, they did a good job and we were pleased. So, when we had another mechanical issue with the Durango we decided to take it to Tri-City Transmission. The experience was not so good this time and we had our vehicle towed to another shop to be repaired. When Dave Riccio read my review from your survey he contacted me and "Made It Right". We would not hesitate to take any of our vehicles to Tri-City Transmission. In fact, we have referred our friends who were transmission problems to Tri-City Transmission.
Our opinion is Dave Riccio is an honest guy.
Excellent service - communication - and follow through. clean, impressive shop.
They are the best!!!!
Excellent work and customer care.
They felt trustworthy from the 1st phone call and they assisted me in securing a rental that I could afford.
Customer service is great, they gave me ride home one time when I had my GMC truck in for service. It had sat for months outside. Tri-City took it down & had it cleaned up. I have been doing business with Tri-City for 35 yrs, they have always treated me with respect. More establishments should operate this way. Customers in turn should respect the business.
They really took care of me and my truck.
Service has been exceptional... as promised and I have had no problems with the work that was done.
Outstanding customer service, clear explanation of repair, performed only what was needed without adding unnecessary service.
Service was great, everyone was friendly, and no service was performed without first getting my consent and giving me a price quote as well as an estimated time the work would take. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable place.
Always had good service at Tri City for the last 35 years.
Estimate of service given, recommendations were accurate, cost of service was less than my expectations.
Excellent service and explanations of problem.
They explained everything they were going to do ahead of time. They ended up saving me a lot of money and being very direct about guaranteeing their work.
Don't know any other transmission repair places; didn't shop around but I would get several estimates next time.
Above average service and responsiveness.
I just had my vehicle serviced and they were very professional and helpful.
Great service and all around trustworthy guys. There was an initial mix up on pricing (my fault) but they treated me respectfully and like an adult.
Excellent, Guaranteed and friendly service.
Great service and reasonable price.
The recommendation I received was almost word for word what I heard the advisors telling other customers, leading me to believe that it was just a pitch for me to spend money. When I declined additional work stating I needed to think about the amount and indicating I had been considering trading my vehicle in anyway, the advisor was very condescending and tried to coerce me into getting the additional work as well as telling me no dealership would take my vehicle and that if I brought it to him he'd give me $800 which would be far more than I'd get from a dealer. I did end up trading it in and received full blue book value of several thousand dollars. I was completely up front with the dealer about the transmission work that tri-city said I needed prior to the trade-in.
Friendly service. Loaner vehicle available. Clear diagnosis of problem. But...didn't fully correct the problem...and a bit expensive.
The owner, Dave Riccio, and the entire staff went so far beyond my expectations to make sure I was well taken care of through the process. And then the cost was incredibly reasonable for the work that was performed.
Fair, honest pricing. Tri-city also backs up their work.
Service and satisfaction begins the moment you enter the business and are greeted by whomever is at the desk and follows to the indications and or recommendations made to fix or stave off repair. On my last visit, a minor repair was done instead of replacing a large expensive part. That, will keep me coming back and recommending to all I know.
They've delivered on everything they've said and at a reasonable price.
Adequate service - delayed completion.
Great and honest service at a good price.
The owner and staff worked extremely wonderful. Not only did they replace the transmission and the car runs great, but they worked with me transporting the car from AZ to OH with great cooperation and patience.
They came highly recommended to me from my long-time trusted mechanic, and they did not disappoint. Friendly/knowledgeable staff, and quality work.
I think they do reliable work, but are not the most economical choice.
They did and do excellent work each time I go there.
I received the best service I have had in my entire lifetime there.... no joke!
