The transmission should be flushed and the filter changed at least every 60k. I know the manual says everything lasts forever, but that is a myth, in my experience. Good, regular maintenance is what helps things really last over the long run. Don't forget to flush your DexCool Coolant as well and to replace your Spark Plugs and Wires, 100k tune-up is too long and the Coolant NEEDS to be replaced way before 100k, more like 60k.
