I put it in drive, it goes up to 15mph, then the car can't catch 2nd gear so i have to put in 2 to make it go until i reach about 45mph. then back to drive,then its good but when u stp on it th van revs up lik it slips, when the over drive is blinking it drives juss fine.

MasterCheck the transmission fluid level but it sounds like the transmission is failing, get a Ford shop or transmission specialist to check it out before it fails all together.

Masterwith the overdrive light blinking, it goes into a default mode. that is done by the computer. it will not last long at all.
As Pat said, you have internal issues that need attention. dont wait to long or it will fail completely.
