I have noticed a slight jerking sensation lately in my 2005 Silverado (4L60E reman by Jasper, under 10k), feels like a miss but don't have a check engine light, checked for trouble codes anyway and didn't have any. Does this sound like a tranny problem?

Under what driving conditions do you feel the shudder? It is very possible to have a slight engine misfire that is not yet severe enough to set a fault code or turn on the check engine light on your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. A misfire of this type would most likely be felt in 45-50 mph range, perhaps under light engine load conditions.

Yes, this happens while cruising anywhere from 45 -60, usually as I start up an incline

Same here, had an engine tune up done, (plugs and wires) and did not solve the problem. Flushed the tranny, replaced the filter and still shudders. Tech says a new tranny is needed to fix.
