Chemical dragon are you saying a new transmission screen wont prevent this. i meant to type that in my 1st post...a valve body would be 210.00 without labor...is it hard to change? how much would a used 4wd transmission run from a salvage about that? then there would only be the transfer case ,driveshaft ,and torque converter nuts to uninstall which would this save me into running into other problems?What would you recomend ? 1996 blazer=650.00 1997 blazer=500.00 blown motor, change motors=450.00 , i really dont want to lose out on all that money!
