I HAVE A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. I PURCHACE MY HONDA ODYSSEY BRAND NEW I WAS HAPPY WITH MY MINI VAN. BUT WHEN MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY THERES NO PROBLEM WENT THE SECOND TIME AND THE THIRD TIME STILL NO PROBLEM STILL UNDER WARRANTY . BUT NOW THE FOURTH TIMES NO MORE WARRANTY ITS COAST ME MORE THAN 4500 ALREADY JUST TO GET IT FIX I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ALREADY I NEED HELP FROM HONDA MANUFACTURE

    We do see problems with these transmissions, Honda know the design fault. I would plead my case with customer service at Honda North America toll-free number: 1-800-999-1009 By Mail

    Another leverage point, many states have Lemon Laws to protect consumers against things like this. Basically if theres been a reasonable number of repair attempts within a given time you have grounds for recourse. Checkout http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php
