transmission oil changed on 2002 Honda Accord

How much should I expect to pay to have my transmission oil changed and at how many miles should it be changed?

Usually I change my trans fluid and filter every 30,000 miles and you can get that estimate here and locate a shop near you here

30,000 miles is a good time to do it. The transmission fluid breaks down over time just like engine oil, it gets burn and blackened too. Preventative maintenance is the best practice to keep your car on the road, so every 30,000 miles is typically 1 or 2 times every 2 years. If it has a filter I would suggest doing that also. There is a link at the top of this page that says "estimate" and you can get an idea of what it might cost you.

Basically I'm just wondering how often I should replace my transmission fluid? My car has ~150,000 miles on it, and the last change was at 100,000.
