i put my bronco into gear and started driving, all the sudden when i hit the gas again my engine just revved up i stopped and put it into different gears but nothing would happen it was like it was stuck in neutral. i turned the engine off and on and it was fine for about three weeks then it did it again. any ideas?

It wouldn't be anything in the drive line after the transmission or before the transmission that would work and then not work and then work again. I am afraid the problem is internal in the transmission.

Thanks answering so quick i was wondering if the transmission fluid were low could that cause the problem im having? or am i probably gonna need a new transmission
