I've never heard of a warning that your transmission needs a flush, is that exactly what the warning says? - munkyrench
If you've been doing transmission maintenance at the right mileage, go ahead and have the fluid changed. Read the article below on the issue of flushing versus dropping the pan and replacing the filter and only 1/2 the fluid.
