Chevy Venture 03 110,000 Miles Fluid and engine oil are both super clean, But the Transmission Fluid is leaking into coolant. Do I need to replace anything besides the Radiator?

Replace rad. Then recheck trans. fluid as coolant can seep into fluid with engine off !!
