I HAVE A 2003 300M SPECIAL WITH 126,000 MILES. I HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED 6000 MILES AGO AND WAS ADVISED TO FLUSH/CHANGE FLUID AFTER "BREAK-IN". DO I NEED TO USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN STANDARD TRANSMISSION FLUID? WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

make sure you are using ATF+4 fluid for Chrysler or your trnny isn't going to last very long
Failure to use the correct automatic transmission fluid and follow the maintenance schedule can result in shifting problems.
a few weeks ago i was driving in town and the car was driving fine when all of a sudden the check engine light came on, the rpm's jumped real high, and the car dropped down into second gear. It has...
...have it in neutral and then it feels like it shifts down to 2 or 3 gear when going 55mph check transmission fluid just fine.and im not sure but my water pump is going to can that affect anything?
WHEN SLOWING DOWN NOT A COMPLETE STOP AND I ACCELURATE AGAIN THE GEAR HAS A ROUGH SHIFT BACK INTO DRIVE....ALMOST LIKE HESTATION BEFORE SHIFTING BACK INTO GEAR...
