I needed to know how does a person findout when the transmission fluid is full on this car that I just have bought.

  Some of these can be tough to check the fluid level. Were you able to find some instructions on how to check the fluid level?

  i couldnt find a dip stik on mine... an was told bye a mechanic that it is a "sealed" transmission and cant be checked

  there are no dip stick. you check the fluid by undoing the transmission fill-up bolt and the fluid should just be slightly overflowing at that bolt hole.
