Vehicle was not stuck in snow . rpm did not red zone. no indication of any performance issue. vehicle was moving through snow, stopped for an errand, started car/wouldn't go in any gear.45,000 mi warranty in effect, add't extended warranty purchased. Told not covered under warranty based on computer readout. How accurate are the computer codes with this type failure? Other causes for failure/ computer diagnosis would not pick up? Cost $5000 out of pocket help

failure from abuse is what they are claiming?? when stuck in snow and transmisions fail, most warranty companies will not honor any claim.
they look at frezze frame data at the time of failure and see what condition the vehicle was under when the failure occured.
    sorry
