I have a 1995 S500 it has been a couple months since the tranni is only change on low gear. can the abs be the problem or does that have sothing to do with the hidrolic tank being impty.

    I would say neither. An ABS problem should not effect your trans. The central hydraulic problem should not either, but could cause a brake problem. I would fill that tank ASAP!!
    You need to get the transmission properly diagnosed. Good Luck!
