Transmission Corporation of America Knoxville
January 22, 2014

They ripped apart electrical taped it back, seemed transmission fixed after forever. Then magically was messing up again. Took back to shop to "LOOK" at then fuel pump was supposedly going out. Gave money to fix that ALSO with the money I had given to fix transmission. Got vehicle back still ran rough and wrong. Took back again, impossible to get a hold of owner (who by the way is supposedly a preacher). Him and his son finally gave back the car. Still ran rough and wrong. They took brand NEW battery out of vehicle (also receipt out of glovebox)and had put old used battery in it. I thought well, I got ripped off they probably never replaced anything. Went to take vehicle to another shop (it was dark) THIS COMPANY ALSO STOLE BOTH HEADLIGHTS OUT OF VEHICLE Come to find out did take down transmission did not replace parts. Owner had promised new battery back that "must have been mistake" DO NOT see why they took out battery for transmission repair OWNER WOULD NEVER CALL BACK AND LITERALLY JUMPED IN HIS NO BACK JEEP AND TOOK OFF AS HE WAS SPEAKING TO ME AT PLACE OF BUSINESS ALSO RAN FROM ME WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK WITH HIM WHEN I SEEN HIM AT FOOD CITY ON CLINTON HIGHWAY STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME
