This just started. What is happening is it is popping out of gear sometimes. How much does this usually cost and will it cause further damage to continue operation. It only does it occasionally.

Mastera syncronizor is worn out. it will not stay the same, it will get worse. the metal from the unit is contaminating the fluid and could cause further damage to bearings. get a pro to check it out and give you a bid.
