Automatic transmission shifts down from drive to third at 25mph makes like a hard noise (bump like)

   Master

  This could be something like a motor mount or transmission mount that has worn out. If a motor mount has broken, it can cause a thud when the transmission shifts. If a motor mount is broken you may also feel a rough idle or light vibration at idle
