Can you add fluid to the tranny? If so, is the fill plug on the left side of the tranny?

  On some of these transmissions you need to monitor the transmission fluid temperature while adjusting the fluid level, so you may want to have a shop take care of this or get the repair manual if you want to do this yourself.
