They are a pretty robust transmission I would have your own transmission overhauled by a transmission shop that are familiar with Honda transmissions. Wrecking yard transmissions you never know what you are getting. Its about 7.5 hour job to remove transmission, and replace with test drive afterward. I have heard that flushing the transmission is the solution.
Basically I'm just wondering how often I should replace my transmission fluid? My car has ~150,000 miles on it, and the last change was at 100,000.
