My trans doesn't slip in reverse. However, it is currently not wanting to go forward. It does not move when I select 1st gear and move slow when I start in 2nd gear. Long story short, when I press the pedal to go it feels like I'm starting in 3rd gear and it takes about 1/2 mile to get up to the speed limit of say 30-35 mph. There is currently only 65003 miles on this vehicle. What can be causing this?

Sounds like the transmission is failing, Was the fluid and filter changed regularly? Have it checked by a trans technician
