Have it scan tested, possible input/output sensor(s). Speedometer working like it should?

YES WORKS FINE BUT NO CHK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON OR ANYTHING JUST WON'T SHIFT AFTER ABOUT 5 MILES AND THE RPM KEEP GOING UP

Light may not be on but a scanner can still monitor the trans. to see what the trouble may be. Can't guess at it, needs hands on testing.
