Question: Trans pan gasket leaking and needs replacement?

What would it cost to get it done? I have recd. estimate of $265+tax for this. online look up says $10-20 for gasket - will it take that much time to replace this?

    4 to 5 quarts of oil, gasket, drain lug gasket and about 1.2 hours labor is what we charge.

    so $265 does look higher by $100 or so.
