Question: trans pan gasket & filter need replacement

 Rookie

I need a transmission pan gasket and filter replaced. Service recommended at time of other problem.

    My labor guide shows it as being a 2.2 hour labor operation, but I couldn't see it taking that long as the trans oil pan seems very assessable. Mercedes are very specific in warning the correct oil must be used in this transmission !
