left turn signal on vehicle works. trailer connector on truck has no voltage on pin for left turn signal when left turn signal on truck is on and working.right turn signal on truck and trailer work ok. have checked wiring from fuse block to trailer connector with ohm meter and it tested good, have tested fuse and it checked good. My question: Is there a relay or flasher that could cause this problem and if so where are they located and can they be replaced.

I found a wiring diagram for the factory tow wire harness. It looks like power for the trailer left-turn-signal goes through Fuse 46 (15amp) and into the "Relay - Trailer Tow - Left Turn". The relay is controlled by the Front Control Module. The diagram shows all these inside the Integrated Power Module and I don't know if these are serviceable or if you need a new IPM. The IPM is pretty expensive so you want to be sure before replacing it. I hope this helps you some
