For vehicles modified by Gulf States Toyota with special 20 inch wheels: The wheel lug nuts may come loose, resulting in damaged or broken wheel studs, and/or wheels coming off of the vehicle.

Southeast Toyota will notify owners of affected vehicles beginning May 7, 2013. If you are not notified and feel you should have been, please contact your local dealer. They may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN), so please have it handy when you call.

This may result in the passenger front air bag being inadvertently deactivated, increasing risk of injury in an accident.
