Noticed low noise in front of vehicle. Had it looked at by a mechanic, as I was out of town, who said the tie rods needed to be replaced. Took it to Toyota for inspection when I got home. Turned out to be a bad drivers side front wheel bearing. Bearing was R&R'd and car is fine now. Cost was $500.00

The power inverter coolant pump may fail resulting in illumination of the Check Engine Light associated with fault code P0A93 stored. Our technicians tell us the power inverter coolant pump should be replaced if this occurs. A revised pump is available for 2004-2006 models, Toyota service bulletin #EG001-07.
The Check Engine Light may illuminate with a fault code P1121 stored. It is commonly caused by a failed three way coolant control valve. Valve replacement is recommended if this occurs.
The fuel gauge may read incorrectly. Our technicians tell us there is a recalibration procedure which should be performed to correct this issue.
The hybrid transmission may fail prematurely. Our technicians recommend changing the transmission fluid every 30K miles in order to help prolong transmission life. This service recommendation is over and above the Toyota recommendation to "check" the transmission fluid every 30k miles.
The center multi-function display may failure. This is commonly caused by poorly soldered internal connection. Our technicians tell us that these display panels can be successfully repaired or reconditioned by a shop specializing in such repairs.
The hybrid battery cooling fan may become restricted, resulting in illumination of the Check Engine Light and an associated fault code p0A82. Our technicians tell us that keeping the cooling fan clear of debris will help keep this fault code from setting and also may prolong the life of the hybrid battery.
The fuel gauge may read incorrectly. A service bulletin has been released by Toyota regarding this concern. The fuel filler pipe or the instrument cluster may need to be replaced to correct this concern.
