Vehicles that had added on seat accessories such as seat cover installation, seat heaters or headrest DVD systems may not have had proper calibration procedures performed to properly operate the occupant sensing system of the passenger seat. This may result in the passenger front air bag being inadvertently deactivated, increasing risk of injury in an accident.
