towing on 1998 Toyota 4Runner

Can I tow a trailer with a quad down a bumpy dirt road with my 1998 toyota 4 runner 2wd?

If trailer is only a small one for quads and is only one quad I don't see a problem with it. Make sure you allow for extra braking disatnce.
