2004 Toyota Camry Question: Torque strut mount

I replaced the front struts 2 years ago (at about 70,000). Now, they're making that annoying racket again over bumps. Should this be happening again so soon? The car only has 87,000 on it.

one shop says that all 5 motor strut mounts have to be replaced? Price quoted was $1320
One or more motor mounts may wear out on cars with high mileage. This will put extra stress on the other mounts, and the faulty mount(s) should be replaced.
